Mantone

The Integration Mantoi (Expansion)

Mantone represents the moment different parts of your inner world begin to belong together. It appears when experience, emotion, effort, rest, and reflection stop feeling separate and start forming a coherent whole. Integration is not choosing one way to be, it is learning to carry all your ways together without losing any of them. When a peacock opens its tail, every part of itself is present at once. The feathers do not compete. The Indian peacock lives in the Botanic Gardens and at the edge of parks across Singapore, seen by people who weren't always looking for it.

Plain-language

This one's about holding all the different (even contradictory) parts of yourself as one true story, instead of having to pick just one.

Anchor prompt

NOTICE 1: "Think of a time you felt two opposite things at once. Excited and scared. Happy and sad. Just name both. You do not have to choose."

Mantra: "Seeing both sides of something, including both sides of yourself, is true intelligence."

Why this one: It's the lowest-stakes possible entry into integration, just naming two true things at once, no resolution required.

Companion

Indian Peacock. Lives in Singapore's Botanic Gardens and along park edges, part of a long-established free-roaming population.

Conservation status: Least Concern (IUCN). This is deliberate. Not every part of your inner world is in crisis, and that's the point of integration. The peacock is the one companion that is genuinely thriving, and Mantone holds all of it: the endangered and the flourishing, the difficult and the at-ease.

Partner: No conservation partner assigned by design.
