Plain Mantoi

Permission to Begin

Plain Mantoi represents the simplest and most powerful truth: you are allowed to begin before you are ready. It appears in moments when something feels new, uncertain, or not yet formed. It does not ask for confidence or a clear plan. It only asks for one small, unhurried step. "Not yet" is not the same as "not ever." Starting gently is always enough, and starting gently is always allowed. Plain Mantoi carries no creature because none is needed. A freshly steamed mantou, lifted straight from the bamboo basket, warm and unformed, is already the whole statement.

Plain-language

This one's about giving yourself permission to start before you feel ready, because waiting for ready is how "not yet" turns into "never."

Anchor prompt

NOTICE 1:"Name one thing you have been putting off. Just naming it is your first step."

Mantra: "Start what you want with one small step."

Why this one: lowest-friction entry point in the whole deck. No action required, just naming, which is the entire philosophy in miniature.

Companion

None, by design. The unformed self needs nothing added.
